Burning leg workout

Here’s a leg workout that will set your legs on fire and challenge your cardio. 

This is one set.  Do three sets with little or no rest between exercises.  Have fun!

10 split squats (each leg)

20 squats

30 lunges

40 box jumps

50 lateral stride jumps

100 calf raises

50 lateral stride jumps

40 box jumps

30 lunges

20 squats
